Please be informed that the team draw shall be held on Friday, 13 November 2015 at about 4.00 pm at the venue.

Walk The Field

For all the teams that arrived early, walk the field at Sekolah Tun Fatimah, Johor Bahru is from 3.00 pm - 6.00 pm. the field have no spotlight for any of the teams that wants to come and see the field at night. thank you

Important Notice

Please be advised to all the players that will be playing this weekend :

1. Please make sure that your whole team to bring along their ID card. PDRM Johor will require for all the players to surrender all of the player ID Card before the game is allowed to start.

2. Please do not use or wear any kind of military camouflage pattern cloth for this event. this include all major paintball brand paintball clothing that use digital camo or can be interpreted as a military clothing. PDRM officers will not allowed this kind of clothing in the event and will ask the team or player to leave if they fail to abide this rule.

3. Any decision regarding safety and rules under the jurisdiction of the PDRM should be followed and if dismissal of teams because of their failure to abide this rule, we as the organizer shall comply with the PDRM decision.

4. Please follow all the instruction that will be updated in the field if there is any from the organizer.

5. Most importantly, we are doing this for you. Enjoy yourself. Help us make paintball the game that it used to be smile emoticon

The Field Layout

Here's the field layout for the Muafakat Johor Cup Super 7 Paintball Challenge 2015

The Game Format

Just in case you have forgotten few things about the 7-man format........

1. Max game time is 7 minutes
2. Scoring system
* For every opponent player eliminated - 3 points awarded
* For every active player at the end of the game - 1 point
* The FIRST team to pull the flag - 32 points
* The Team that managed to hang the opponent's flag - 42 points
3. NO outside coaching is allowed at all
4. NO disallowed colour
5. Only licensed marker provided by the organiser is allowed to be used
6. In the event that no result achieved in the best of 3 games (elimination round), ie. draw, the winner shall be decided by 1-on-1 whereby the player just need to eliminate their opponent in a maximum of 2 minutes game time. No referral to the Preliminary Round ranking shall be applied.

For this particular tournament, due to limitation of markers, eliminated player(s) are requested to exit the field and to immediately take out the loaders and tank (if using your own equipment) to allow the next team / players to use it.

The Game Schedule for The 5-man Division (Novice/Rookie and Closed)

The Draw shall be conducted at The Malaysian Paintball Academy (MAPAAC) PJ on Thursday, 12 November 2015 at a time to be advised later

Game Plan

All teams shall play 6 games in The Preliminary round with top 8 teams shall advance to The Quarterfinal. In the Quarterfinal, the 8 teams shall be divided into 2 brackets of 4 teams in a bracket with

Bracket 1 - Teams in the 1st, 4th, 5th and 8th places in The Preliminary
Bracket 2 - Teams in the 2nd, 3rd, 6th and 7th places in The Preliminary

The top 2 teams from Bracket 1 and 2 shall advance to The Semifinals (Best of 3) in the following manner

1st Bracket 1 vs 2nd Bracket 2
1st Bracket 2 vs 2nd Bracket 1

The Tie-Breakers
In the event that teams score tie in any Preliminary and Quarterfinals, the following shall be the tie-breakers..

1. Head to head competition
2. Previous round scores. most recent round first
3. Least Elimination scored again the team in that particular round

The state of Johor Polis Diraja Malaysia has require us the organizer to submit all the names of the player that will be participating in the Muafakat Johor Cup 2015 as soon as possible for processing. To make things easier for us and the team involved, we would like to ask for teams to mail us the completed form first as soon as possible and make the registration payment later, before 8 November 2015 since most of you guys will probably be playing in the World Cup Asia 2015 this coming weekend. Hye guys.  Just a heads up.  Please be informed that it is a compulsory for us the organiser to submit all the players name to the PDRM Johor as a part of requirements needed to organise this event.  So please fill in the registration form and email it to us as soon as possible.  Any line up changes after that should be notified to the organiser to prevent any problems.

Regarding Personal Markers

As a friendly reminder, participants who wish to bring their own marker will need to submit all the necessary document to us 10 days before the tournament day. Some information regarding the tournament :)

The tournament will be held for only ONE day.

Limited to 15 teams per category.

Not a "race to" format 

There are 2 categories for this tournament :

• Super 7 Men (Am Novice, Electronic marker : 3 D1 player allowed + other division for every team) - 9 players in total including reserves
• 5 men (Novice/Rookies, Mechanical marker : 2 D3 players allowed + D4 division and non division players for every team) - 7 players in total including reserves

 *Player status will be determined thru APPA WCA 2015

Markers will be made available by the organizer. Just bring your own tank and loader

For any individual or teams who wants to bring their own licenses markers, you are OBLIGATED to hand over the CNU to the organizer 10 DAYS before the tournamnet day. PDRM Johor is kindly enough to help with the process if all there is no problems with the documentation and it is complete. No personal marker or team markers without the proper documentation will be allowed to be used in this tournament.

The total prize money is RM 15,000.00 with medals and a Cup.  

AM NOVICE

•  Champion - RM 5,000.00 + medal + Muafakat Johor Cup + champion cup
• 1st Runner-up - RM 3,000.00 + medal
• 2nd Runner-up - RM 2,000.00 + medal
• 3rd runner-up - RM 1,000.00 + medal

NOVICE/ROOKIES

• Champion - RM 2,000.00 + medal +champion cup
• 1st runner up - RM 1,500.00 + medal
• 2nd runner up - RM 1,000.00 + medal
• 3rd runner-up - RM 500.00 + medal

Registration fee would be as follows :

• AM NOVICE - RM 500.00 per team
• NOVICE/ROOKIES - RM 350.00 per team

Pellet price will be annouce later once we can get it at an affordable rate
